Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll happily give you a refund or send a new size.

  • Unworn, unopened or otherwise unused merchandise can be returned with original tags and receipt within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Exchanges will be granted on all unworn and tagged merchandise returned within 15 days.
  • Merchandise with damaged or cut tags will not be exchanged or returned. 
  • Please complete your Return/Exchange form in its entirety and put the form on the inside of your return.
  • Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items marked ‘FINAL SALE‘ are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your parcel to be returned to Hestia International Inc.. Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 15 working days, please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned.

During peak periods please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing of the return and refund. Peak periods include promotional weekends and holiday periods.

Please note: We cannot do returns on the Lulla Doll.


RETURN POLICY OTHER RETAILERS (including department stores):

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you want to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to cancel before it gets processed to ship.
  • If the payment has already been processed, we will refund your order.

Please advise us by email or telephone of your cancellation with the order number.


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE BY MAIL

  1. Please ensure the Junah merchandise is unworn, undamaged with all tags attached/un-cut in the original packaging before proceeding with the return.
  1. Print this form. Complete the form in its entirety with all the details required. If some details are missing, it will delay the processing of your refund or exchange.
  1. Pack the items safely in a sturdy box or in a bubble mailer.
  1. Choose a carrier of your liking. Ensure to get a tracking number for your return.
  1. Affix the label securely on top of the box or bubble mailer.
  1. Ship your return to us.
